HEALTHY BREAKFAST BURGER 

BREAKFAST BURGER
Ingredients

1 sourdough bun
1 egg
2 iceberg lettuce leaves
1/2 sliced tomato
Handful fresh parsley
Olive oil


Guacamole
1 small avocado
Juice of 1/2 lemon
Salt & Pepper to taste 



Method

 

  1. Heat oil in fry pan on low-medium heat & cook egg for 3-4 minutes. Set aside.
    2. Make guacamole by mixing all ingredients into a small bowl. Use a small fork for best results.
    3. Toast bun and begin stacking burger by adding guacamole first then remaining ingredients.
    4. Enjoy with a big smile!
