RACHAEL FINCH’S HOMEMADE HUMMUS

Ingredients

2 x cans organic chickpeas 
Juice of one lemon
2-3 tbsp tahini 
1 garlic clove
3 tbsp olive oil 
Salt and pepper

Method

1.
Place all ingredients in a blender and process on low until  thick & creamy. 

2.
Serve with veggie sticks or tortilla chips.
