RACHAEL'S WINTER OATS
1 cup almond milk
1 tbsp almond butter (or nut butter of choice)
1 scoop Kissed earth collagen
2 tsp vanilla extract
Pinch of salt
1 cup quinoa flakes (or rolled oats)
Berries of choice for serving
1. Whisk milk, 2 tsp nut butter, vanilla, and salt in a small saucepan.
2. Stir quinoa through and heat over low-medium heat. Gently simmer, stirring often, for around 5 minutes until porridge is creamy.
3. Serve porridge topped with berries, remaining almond butter, and whatever else your heart desires.
