CHOC CHIP COLLAGEN COOKIES

Boosted Collagen Coffee
Ingredients

1 cup almond meal
2 scoops kissedearth Brilliance Collagen
1/2 cup hulled tahini
1/4 cup rice syrup
3 tbsp cacao nibs
1 tsp vanilla



Method

1.In a bowl combine almond meal and cacao nibs.
2. Add remaining ingredients to bowl & mix well. Dough should be thick and sticky.
3. Roll mixture into balls & place on baking tray. Press balls down with a fork.
4. Bake 13 mins at 170 degrees.
