RACHAEL FINCH’S HOMEMADE HUMMUS

2 x cans organic chickpeas
Juice of one lemon
2-3 tbsp tahini
1 garlic clove
3 tbsp olive oil
Salt and pepper

Place all ingredients in a blender and process on low until thick & creamy.

Serve with veggie sticks or tortilla chips.
