Boosted Collagen Coffee

2 scoops Kissedearth vanilla protein
3 Tbls coconut flour
1 Tbls macadamia nut butter
3/4 cup water
1 tsp cinnamon
Pinch salt
Toppings of choice - we used cacao nibs & shredded coconut


1. Add all ingredients to a blender. Turn to low & process until mixed and crumbly. Mixture should resemble cookie dough, & stick together.

2. Press mixture into a small baking tray lined with paper. Flatten with spatula & assemble toppings.
3. Place in freezer for 15mins to set. Take out & store in fridge for up to 1 week!
