Terms and Conditions
- Information on how to enter forms part of the terms of entry. Entry into the competition is deemed acceptance of these terms and conditions.
- The Promoter of this competition is Designworks Clothing Company Pty Ltd (ABN 35 117 343 807) of 17 Hardner Road, Mount Waverley Victoria 3149. .
- Entry into this competition is open to Australian residents who are aged 18 years and over. Employees (and their immediate family) of the Promoter and related body corporates of the Promoter (as defined in the Corporations Act 2001 (Cth) are not eligible to enter this competition.
- The competition commences at 10am AEST on Friday 3rd April 2020 and will end at 11.59am AEST on Friday 10th April 2020 (“Promotional Period”).
- To enter the competition:
- Download the Instagram application for iPhone or Android;
- During the Promotional Period:
- Follow @bodbyrachaelfinch and @kissedearth on Instagram;
- Share the love and tag five friends
- Like the competition post
- Judging will take place at the principal place of business of Designworks Clothing Company Pty Ltd, located at Level 1, Building 8, 658 Church Street, Richmond Victoria 3121 on or before Monday 13th April 2020 .
- There will be one (2) winners in total.
- The winner will be notified by direct message on Instagram by 5pm on Tuesday, 14th April Once notified, the winners must provide their contact details for the purpose of prize fulfilment within 48 hours. Failure to reply may result in the selection of an alternate winner.
- The winners will receive the ultimate SAH pack. Prize pack include:
- 1 x BOD set

- 1x Kissed Earth Cleanse
- 1x Kissed Earth Balance
- The Promoter reserves the right to extend, withdraw or cancel the competition or amend these Terms and Conditions at its own discretion without any obligation to compensate entrants.
- This competition is in no way sponsored, endorsed or administered by, or associated with, Instagram.
- The Promoter shall not be liable for any loss or damage whatsoever which is suffered (including but not limited to indirect or consequential loss) or for any personal injury suffered or sustained in connection with any prize/s except for any liability which cannot be excluded by law. The Promoter is not responsible for any incorrect or inaccurate information, either caused by the entrant or for any of the equipment or programming associated with, or utilised in this competition, or for any technical error, or any combination thereof that may occur in the course of the administration of this competition, including any omission, interruption, deletion, defect, delay in operation or transmission, communications line or telephone, mobile or satellite failure, theft or destruction or un-authorized access to, or alteration of, entries, and reserves the right to take any action that may be available.

The Promoter’s legal rights to recover damages or other compensation from such an offender are reserved.
- The prize cannot be exchanged, transferred or redeemed for cash. The Promoter takes no responsibility and accepts no liability if the event is cancelled. The winner and his/her invitee attends the concert at their own risk.
- By entering the competition and accepting these terms and conditions, entrants acknowledge that the Promoter may use your personal details for the purpose of conducting the competition, including the use of your name and Instagram name in promotional formats on both Instagram and Facebook. The Promoter may use this information, or disclose it to other organizations that may use it, in any media for future promotional, marketing and publicity purposes without any further reference or payment to the entrant.
- All entries become the property of the Promoter. Entrants acknowledge that their entry and all material included will be the property of the Promoter, and may be featured on the Promoter’s Instagram and Facebook accounts. As a condition of entering into this promotion, each entrant assigns all of their rights, title and interest (including copyright) in and to their entry to the Promoter from the time of entry. Entrants consent to any use of their entry which may otherwise infringe their moral rights pursuant to the Copyright Act 1968 (Cth).
