PAYMENT

We accept major credit cards including Visa, MasterCard and Amex. We also allow payments via PayPay and Afterpay.

AFTERPAY

Afterpay is a service that allows customers to pay for purchases over 4 equal instalments due every 2 weeks.

To make a purchase using Afterpay you must:

  • Have an Australian residential address. 
  • Have a valid email address and mobile number.
  • Be the holder of an eligible credit or debit card.
  • Be over 18 years old.

How do I use Afterpay?

  • Add garments to your shopping bag to the maximum value of $1,000.
  • Choose Afterpay as your payment method at checkout.
  • Register or login to your Afterpay account and confirm payment.
Additional Information:
  • For first time users of Afterpay, the first payment is required at the time of purchase.
  • If you wish to return your purchase partially or in full please adhere to our returns and exchanges process. Any future payments for that item and/or any instalments that you have paid will be processed in accordance with Afterpay’s returns policy.
  • If a payment is not processed on or before the due date, late fees will apply. Please contact Afterpay as soon as possible if you won’t be able to pay on time.

AUSTRALIA SHIPPING POLICIES
Within Australia, Designworks uses registered Australia Post express eParcel service, whereby Designworks can track any purchases easily and in a timely manner.  Orders placed on a weekend day, will be processed within 24 hours of the next business day, excluding during the Christmas/New Year period.
Please note that order dispatch may take longer than normal from 24th December – 2nd January.

B.O.D By Finch offers free shipping Australia-wide for all orders over $100, with the exception of Warehouse Sales which are $10 flat-rate. All orders of less than $100 will be charged $10 Australia-wide. All charges quoted to You are inclusive of Australian goods and services tax. You may be required to pay further shipping charges where a change in delivery date or a change in delivery address is requested by You. A signature is required upon delivery so please select an address where someone is available during business hours to receive your purchase. If there is nobody home to sign for the parcel, a notification card will be left at the delivery address advising that the parcel can be collected from a nearby Post Office.

For Express Shipping expect delivery within two business days, provided that orders are placed by 11:00 A.M. Monday - Friday, for in-stock items only.
Allow two additional days for locations outside of metropolitan areas.
Any delivery date or time specified is a best estimate only and Designworks will not be liable for any loss or damage suffered by you through any reasonable or unavoidable delay in delivery.
 
NEW ZEALAND SHIPPING POLICIES
For shipping to New Zealand, BOD BY FINCH APPAREL is registered with DHL, whereby we can track any purchases easily and in a timely manner.  Orders placed on a weekend day, will be processed within 24 hours of the next business day.
A signature is required upon delivery so please select an address where someone is available during business hours to receive your purchase.
Prices exclude Australian Goods & Service Tax and do not include relevant overseas customs, duties, foreign taxes or other fees which may be imposed and this is Your responsibility.  Please check with Your local customs office for further information.
 
All orders shipped to New Zealand will be charged the flat rate of $15 AUD.
For DHL courier service, expect delivery within two to five business days, provided that orders are placed by 11:00 A.M. Monday - Friday, for in-stock items only.
Allow additional days for locations outside of metropolitan areas.

INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING POLICIES
For shipping, BOD BY FINCH APPAREL uses registered Fed Ex International Priority service, whereby BOD BY FINCH APPAREL can track any purchases easily and in a timely manner.  Orders placed on a weekend day, will be processed within 24 hours of the next business day.
A signature is required upon delivery so please select an address where someone is available during business hours to receive your purchase.
For our international customers, all prices on shop.bodbyfinch.com. are displayed in Australian Dollars (AUD), and will be charged in Australian Dollars.  Prices exclude Australian Goods & Service Tax and do not include relevant overseas customs, duties, foreign taxes or other fees which may be imposed and this is Your responsibility.  Please check with Your local customs office for further information.
