Our return period is 14 days after purchase. We will also only accept returns for product(s) purchased at full price. Sale products are final sale and can't be returned or exchanged.

The Return and Exchange terms on this Site are only applicable to Products purchased on the Site, at full price.

If a product is purchased as a bundle, all products included in the bundle must be returned. This includes discounted and free products.

Once Your Products are received by BOD By Finch, we will send you an acknowledgement of receipt of Your Returned Products and will inspect them.

Please note that NO returns or exchanges can be made in person.

BOD By Finch cannot accept COD deliveries.
