Our return period is 14 days after purchase. We will also only accept returns for product(s) purchased at full price. 

The Return and Exchange terms on this site are only applicable to products purchased on the site, at full price.

If a product is purchased as a bundle, all products included in the bundle must be returned. This includes discounted and free products.

B.O.D By Finch returns and exchange department operates 9am - 4pm Monday-Friday AEST.

  2. Please include in the comments section whether you are requesting an exchange or refund, as well as the details or which item/s you are returning and if requesting an exchange, which item you would like.
  3. If the product you have received is incorrect or faulty please email us at hello@bodbyfinch.com
  4. Once your products are received by BOD By Finch, we will send you an acknowledgement of receipt of your returned products and will inspect them.

Please note that NO returns or exchanges can be made in person.

Please contact our customer service team if you have special requirements regarding the return or exchange of product.

B.O.D By Finch cannot accept COD deliveries.
